How do you price my watch?+

Do you buy watches without box and papers?+

Yes. A full set commands a premium, but a correct, honest watch stands on its own merits. Every piece is authenticated in-hand regardless.

Can I see a watch before buying?+

In South Florida, yes, by appointment. Remote clients receive detailed photos, video, and a call walking through the piece before anything ships.

Do you take trades toward a purchase?+

Constantly. Trades are half the business. Send what you have and what you want, and you'll get transparent numbers on both sides of the deal.

Shipping & Insurance

How are watches shipped?+

FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for the sale price, signature required, in discreet unbranded packaging. Tracking goes to you the moment the label prints.

Who carries the risk in transit?+

We do. Every shipment is insured door to door, so you're never exposed while the piece is moving in either direction.

Do you ship internationally?+

Case by case, arranged individually with full insurance and correct customs documentation. Most business is domestic US.

Delivery & Collection

Can I collect in person?+

Yes, by appointment in South Florida. Many clients prefer to close a deal across the table; so do we.

How fast do sellers get paid?+

Same day as authentication clears: wire or check, your choice. No net-30, no consignment waiting game.

Terms & Conditions

Authenticity guarantee+

Every watch is guaranteed genuine, as described, with any service history and provenance we hold disclosed in full. If a piece is ever proven otherwise, it comes back at full price, with no time limit.

Returns+

Remote purchases carry a 48-hour inspection window from delivery: unworn, seals intact, full refund less shipping. In-person sales are final at the table.

Privacy+

Client identities, holdings, and transactions are never discussed, published, or shared. Discretion is a condition of every deal, in both directions.
